Your

a difference! Please consider

of time to help with many
needed projects.
Flier distribution: We periodically hand distribute fliers for Action Alerts and key meetings.
Phone Calls: Our e-mail list needs updating. Calls can
be made from home on your
own schedule.
Graphic design/publicity: We need help with fliers, press releases
and general publicity.
Tree watering: The
seedlings froum our oak and willow tree plantings need weekly
hand watering
for up to two years. Volunteer
to be a foster
mother to a group of trees
and help us stop
the death of these irreplaceable
riparian
corridors.
Eat the Invasives Picnic: Help us make this annual April fundraiser
a huge success. Help is
needed with soliciting
donations, testing recipes,
food gathering
and preparation, and event
set-up and clean-up.
Other: research, letter writing, community presentations or tell us what you would like to do.

2. Call-in violations of off-road vehicles
to police dispatcher (forms available)
3. Help with survey for endangered birds
4. Join us on a clean-up or stream restoration
project
5. Report water quality violations to 602-2799

1. Make phone calls for the telephone tree
2. Write a grant or do a fundraising project
3. Sign up for project monitoring
4. Send a letter to the editor. Letters should
be a maximum of 200 words. Include your name,
city and telephone number (they will not
print your number but may use it to call
you ). Send to all three papers- the more
